30-day returns
You can ask to return an item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with its tags and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and earrings can be returned only if they arrived damaged, defective or not as described.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or different from its description, write to us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. You get a full refund, including any return shipping, or a replacement if you prefer.
How to start a return
Email Info@donnaalxia.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with the return instructions. Please do not send items back before you receive them.
Refunds
Once the return is received and checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For a return that is not due to our error, the original shipping was free, and the cost of sending the item back is yours.
