This page explains what information we collect when you use us.donnaalxia.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, shipping address, email address and phone number, so we can deliver your order and contact you about it.
- Payment: payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop. Your card details go to them directly and are never stored on our site.
- Site usage: basic technical data such as pages visited and device type, through cookies, to keep the store working and to understand which products interest visitors.
What we do with it
We use your information only to process and deliver your order, to answer you, and to improve the store. We share it only with the companies that do this work for us (payment, shipping, email). We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time by writing to Info@donnaalxia.com. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout need them to work.
