By placing an order on us.donnaalxia.com you agree to these terms.
Products and prices
Prices are in US dollars and include shipping within the United States. Product photos are illustrations; the product description is what defines the item. If a price or description is wrong because of an error, we will tell you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.
Orders
An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we refund it in full.
Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.
Use of products
Read the label and directions before use. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, test a small area first. Our product pages describe products; they are not medical advice.
